I didn't take a straight path to this work — and I think that's what makes me good at it.
For years, I worked in the art world, producing fairs and managing complex logistics across cities and continents. I lived in Mexico City, studied at UNAM, and built a life around creativity and culture. Then the pandemic upended everything. Art fairs stopped. My career stalled. And for the first time, I had to seriously reconsider what I wanted my life to look like.
I started doing community outreach and health education with NYC Health + Hospitals. It was there that I discovered something: I loved the interpersonal work. The conversations. The moments where someone felt genuinely heard. I wanted to go deeper — so I went back to school.
I earned my Master of Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College, graduating with honors. Today, I work as a life coach supporting adults, adolescents, and couples in Brooklyn and beyond.
My background — in art, in community health, in navigating my own major life transitions — shapes how I work. I bring creativity to problem-solving, cultural awareness to every conversation, and a genuine belief that people can change when they're ready to do the work.
My Approach
I see coaching as a collaboration. I'm not here to tell you what to do — I'm here to help you figure out what you already know, ask the questions you haven't asked yourself yet, and build the tools to move forward.
My approach draws on cognitive behavioral (CBT), relational, and strengths-based modalities. In practice, that means we'll work on both practical skills — managing anxiety, shifting patterns, setting goals — and the deeper stuff: understanding why you do what you do, and what it would take to do it differently.
I'm looking for collaborators. People who are ready to be honest, to sit with discomfort, and to grow. If that sounds like you, I'd love to talk.
